We are seeking collaborating researchers for an MRFF Grant

Collaborate with us for MRFF Research Grant Opportunity
February 12, 2024
We're currently investigating the use of Looking Glass in the sphere of healthcare, in particular the ability to provide constant support among communities of survivors.
The Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) has launched a new grant opportunity exploring survivorship care options (for survivors of major illness, physical or psychological trauma etc), called the Survivorship Care and Collaborative Research Prioritisation Grant.
There are two separate streams available, both of which Looking Glass have a potential to service.
As per the MRFF website, the anticipated outcomes of the research funded by this grant opportunity is to improve the health and wellbeing of Australians by:
- Stream 1 (Targeted Call for Research): providing better care to those who have survived serious health conditions
- Stream 2 (Incubator): developing effective approaches for addressing health priorities for communities
The grant opportunity is being administered by NHMRC on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.
Our parent company, Creative Intersection Pty Ltd, has been active participants in AusIndustry's R&D Tax Incentive scheme continuously for nearly 20 years, and have separately provided technology behind several funded research projects.
We do not, however, directly conduct health-based research and are not affiliated with any universities to do so. Hence, we are calling for interested collaborators to investigate Stream 1 and Stream 2 of this research grant.
Our team will provide the technical platforms and know-how of project development, while we anticipate that our research partner would provide the academic and industry-specific research credentials, frameworks, and personnel to successfully deliver on the research outcomes.
If you represent an MRFF Eligible Organisation, please reach out to us via the form below to arrange a discussion session with our team.
Grant applications close early July 2024 and we are ready to start discussions immediately.
